Our Speed Training program is run by well-known instructor, Coach Brad Cochran. As a young athlete himself, Brad excelled at track and football in high school, and while he went on to become a two time All-American defensive back at the University of Michigan, he always had a passion for running. He now teaches speed training to Titans athletes that want to improve the way they run to maximize speed.
Dave Zoltowski has dedicated his life to helping people improve their quality of life through physical fitness. To that end, Dave’s repertoire includes certification in multiple disciplines including Yoga, personal training, kettle bell training, CrossFit training, FitWall training, wrestling and firefighter training. Dave’s objective is to address the specific needs and goals of each individual through an appropriate workout regimen.
